Live Oak County: Annex & Community Center

This new 3,416 SF Courthouse Annex Building site work consisted of erosion control, site clearing, excavation, fill, select fill and backfill; site utilities; concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, asphalt paving, rough and finish grading, and topsoil. The building work consisted of concrete slab-on-grade; exterior face brick veneer; miscellaneous metals and metal fabrications; rough and finish carpentry, millwork and casework; damp-proofing and waterproofing, caulking and sealants.
