Live Oak County: JOP Building
This new construction, 5853 SF building project site work consisted of erosion control, site clearing, excavation, fill, select fill and backfill; site utilities; concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, asphalt paving, rough and finish grading, and topsoil; concrete slab-on-grade. The new building work included wood framing, including wood interior walls and pre-engineered wood roof trusses; exterior masonry veneer; exterior metal wall panels; rough and finish carpentry, millwork and casework, including courtroom millwork; caulking and sealants. This project was managed in concert with two adjacent projects for Live Oak County and demonstrated the ability of Waterman Constructions to manage simultaneous projects at multiple locations.
